World Congress on Total Quality, New Dehli, Indien

Dr. Ilse Ennsfellner was invited as a speaker on “Service Standards Reduce Customers Risk” at the 18th World Congress on Total Quality 2008, held from the 11th to 13th January 2008 in New Delhi, India. The Congress was organised by the Worldwide Quality Management Network and India’s Institute of Directors in association with the World Council for Corporate Governance and the World Quality Council.
