Dr. Ilse Ennsfellner presented “Excellence in Management Consultancy – Professionalism and Way Forward” to the academic forum of the 4th Annual World Congress of Education held on January 9-11, 2023 in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. In this presentation she highlighted the maturity model of management consultancy services and standards as well as the implications for the consultants, their client relationships and the governance of the consulting firm.
