When communicating via email, we cannot guarantee complete data security, so we recommend sending confidential information by post. 6.1 Interested parties
Interested parties include all those affected who are addressed via marketing information, the Internet, email, etc. or who request service information. The purpose of the processing is to provide interested parties with more in-depth information about the services that Ennsfellner Consulting e.U. offers.
During processing, the interested party’s contact details (name, address, email, telephone number) as well as the reason for interest are stored and processed. The data is not transmitted to third parties external to the company.
The data will be stored for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, if the interest does not result in a customer contract. No automated decision-making/profiling methods are used when processing personal data for visitors.

The data provided by the customer is also required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. We store your data within the scope of the legal retention requirements.
Depending on the nationality of the customer and the project, some of the data is also processed outside the EU or EEA and contractually regulated with the customer before the start of the project. The appropriate level of protection results from an adequacy decision by the European Commission in accordance with Art. 45 GDPR.

To protect the data, every employee before starting work at Ennsfellner Consulting e.U. signed a data protection declaration and a declaration of commitment to data secrecy and to safeguarding business and trade secrets.

The data is transmitted to the shipping company commissioned by us for the purpose of delivering the goods, to the banking institutions/payment service providers to be processed for the purpose of paying the purchase price and to our tax advisor for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations.
