3. Purpose limitation, legal basis, storage period and data recipient

3.1. We need the collected personal data for processing to fulfill the contract, billing, asserting contractual claims and for customer service purposes. The data is collected, stored, processed and used for this purpose.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is, on the one hand, contract fulfillment (order), legitimate interests, the fulfillment of our legal or contractual obligations and, on the other hand, your consent to the contact form, newsletter and cookies. Failure to provide the data can have different consequences.

We process your personal data, to the extent necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation and processing to the termination of a contract and customer service) as well as in accordance with the legal retention and documentation obligations, which arise, among other things, from the Corporate Code (UGB ), the Federal Tax Code (BAO) as well as until the end of any legal dispute, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc. In principle, we do not forward your data to third parties outside our company (see also 6.2). 4.1. Your information, including personal data from our contact form, will be transmitted to us via the web server to process your request, processed and stored by us. 5.2. We commission processors to send our newsletter. They have committed themselves to complying with the applicable data protection regulations. 5.3. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) of the GDPR.

6. Online shopping

6.1. We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the IP data of the connection owner is stored anonymously using cookies and your personal data such as name, address, email, country, telephone, title and gender of the buyer are not anonymized get saved. In addition, we also store the following data for the purpose of contract processing: all data for individual orders. The data you provide is necessary to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures as well as for customer service. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you.

6.2. The data is transmitted to the shipping company commissioned by us for the purpose of delivering the goods, to the banking institutions/payment service providers to be processed for the purpose of paying the purchase price and to our tax advisor for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations. They have committed themselves to complying with the applicable data protection regulations. An order processing contract was concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. 6.3. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 GDPR (in particular consent and/or the need to fulfill the contract).

7. Cookies, web analytics & Social Media

7.1. Cookies, other tracking technologies and functions of the web analysis service at HostProfis ISP Telekom GmbH (headquarters in Austria and Germany) can be used in a variety of ways on our internet platform. Cookies are small pieces of text information that make it possible to recognize the user and analyze your use of our websites. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. They serve to make our website more user-friendly, more effective and safer overall. 7.3. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized in which only the first 5 numbers are stored. This means that only a rough localization is possible.

7.4. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 GDPR (in particular consent). Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

7.5. We do not use social media plug-ins that automatically record data in the background on the website. Further links to our Facebook, LinkedIn and Xing profiles lead to the data protection regulations on the respective social media pages.

8. Consent and right of withdrawal

8.1. If your consent is required for the processing of your data, we will only process it after your express consent.

8.2. In principle, we do not process the data of minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 14 or that you have the consent of your legal representative.

In such a case, the data previously stored about you will be anonymized and subsequently only used for statistical purposes without personal reference. Revoking consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on consent before its revocation.
