Detailed practical examples provide insight:
The new book “Successful with Cooperation and Networks” discusses how cooperation can be successfully designed for all partners and joint customers. “We have brought together our entire expert know-how in order to provide entrepreneurially thinking people with a primer for effective cooperation models,” says the national spokeswoman for the Experts Group, Erika Krenn-Neuwirth, outlining the basic idea for this almost 300-page strong and published by the publisher CAUSAL Edition published work. “From practice for practice” was the motto for the 16 book authors, and the arc that was drawn is correspondingly diverse and cross-sector. It contains articles on the organizational design of cooperation as well as tips for setting up cross-border cooperation or virtual communities. Reports on forms of cooperation, where real benefits arise for the cooperation partners and the customer, take up a lot of space.
