This year’s Convention of the Institute Of Directors was held in Dubai from April 19 to 21, 2016 on “Leadership for Excellence & Innovation. Empowering Boards to become Instruments of Innovation & Excellence“. Dr. Ilse Ennsfellner gave a short speech during the session: Measuring Company’s Performance through Quality & Business Excellence frameworks and moderated the 15 case study presenters.
